Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Rebo Studio ("we", "us") collects through our mobile games, including Smash Park, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email hello@rebostudio.com.
The short version
- You don't create an account and we don't ask for your name, email, phone number or contacts.
- The game gives you a random, anonymous player ID so your progress and settings work.
- We use Google Firebase to understand how the game is played and to fix problems.
- The game is free and shows ads served by Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized only if you allow it.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Data we collect
| Data | Why | Who processes it |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymous player ID (a random ID created on first launch) | Identifying your game install, support requests | Google Firebase Authentication |
| Gameplay events (for example level started, level completed, items used), app version, device model, operating system, language, approximate country | Analytics, balancing levels, fixing bugs | Google Analytics for Firebase |
| Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), IP address, ad interactions | Showing ads, measuring ads, preventing fraud | Google AdMob |
Game progress, coins and settings are stored on your device.
Advertising
Smash Park is free to play and is supported by ads from Google AdMob. Google may use the data listed above to show ads and to measure how they perform.
- iPhone: we only access your device's advertising identifier if you allow tracking when the game asks. You can change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: we ask for your consent before ads are personalized. You can change your choice from the game's settings.
If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

If the game offers in-app purchases, payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details.
Legal basis (EEA, UK, Turkey)
We process analytics data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving the game, and advertising data on the basis of your consent where the law requires it. This includes the EU/UK GDPR and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
How long we keep data
Analytics data is deleted automatically by Google Analytics after the retention period we set, at most 14 months. Your anonymous player ID is kept until you delete the game's data or ask us to delete it.
Your rights and deleting your data
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the data linked to your player ID, or object to how we use it. To do this:
- Open Smash Park → Settings. Your player ID is shown under the version number; tap it to copy.
- Email it to hello@rebostudio.com with your request.
We will reply within 30 days. Uninstalling the game removes all data stored on your device. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Smash Park is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored by Google under its security practices. No system is completely secure, but we limit what we collect to what the game needs.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced in the game.
